Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 18,900.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Tuesday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 18,800.00 baht and the selling price at 18,900.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,464.88 baht and 19,400.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Monday the buying and selling prices closed at 18,850.00 baht and 18,950.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,510.36 baht and 19,450.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted twice on Monday, down 50 baht from the previous day.
