Gold prices dropped 50 baht to 18,600.00 baht per baht-weight in Bangkok on Tuesday.
The Gold Traders Association announced the buying price at 18,500 baht and the selling price at 18,600.00 baht per baht-weight for bullion.
For ornaments, the buying and selling prices were 18,161.68 baht and 19,100.00 baht per baht-weight respectively.
On Monday the buying and selling prices closed at 18,550.00 baht and 18,650.00 baht per baht-weight for gold bars and 18,222.32 baht and 19,150.00 baht per baht-weight for gold ornaments.
The prices were adjusted once on Monday, unchanged from the previous day.
