Gok Wan looks unrecognisable after transforming his physique during the coronavirus lockdown.

The fashion presenter, 46, took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie, over the weekend, and he looked sensational.

Gok was all smiles as he rocked a baggy All Saints cheetah sweatshirt and baggy distressed jeans.

The star had his hair pushed back and donned black Nike trainers with bright orange soles.

“Love me a sloppy Sunday outfit…” he captioned the post.

Fans took to the post to compliment Gok on his style and weight loss.

“You’ve got a runners body now,” one fan commented along with clapping emojis and heart emojis.

“Look at that FIT runner,” one user posted along with the fire emoji.

One fan simply commented on his fashion, writing: “I love the jeans you wear! Though everything you wear is [okay gesture emoji]. Have a fabulous day.”

The fashion stylist took up the ‘Couch to 5K’ programme in order to get fit while things are closed during the lockdown.

He recently finished his final week and has been trying to get to six kilometres.

The TV star, who hosted How to Look Good Naked and Gok’s Fashion Fix, had opened up about he reached 21 stone when he worked in his family's Chinese restaurant in Leicester.

Appearing on This Morning in 2019, he explained: “We loved our food. We had a restaurant, food was the epicentre of life.

“We were fine, it was everyone else who had a problem with the way we looked.

“It wasn’t until I was 21 stone and moved to London to go to drama school that I saw people looked very different to me."

The star, at one point, lost 11 stone in only eight months when his eating disorder was at its worst during drama school.

He has since developed a healthier relationship with both food and his body.
