Television presenter and author Gok Wan has been announced as one of the performers at this year's Larne Pride Festival, set to take place on August 21, 2021.
The 46-year-old will perform in Larne's Olderfleet Bar and Lounge, as part of the town's Pride celebrations.
Well known for presenting shows on Channel 4 such as How To Look Good Naked, Wan also made a name for himself during lockdown, with live streams of his 'Isolation Nation' mixes.
Olderfleet Bar shared the news on their Facebook page last week, writing:
"We're extremely PROUD to welcome lockdown legend Gok Wan to The Olderfleet Bar and Lounge for an exclusive DJ Set!
"He was our saviour of live streams with his hugely popular "Isolation Nation" mixes streaming live from his kitchen, and now we cannot wait to experience his mix of classic and current house music in the flesh!"
Larne Pride 2021 will be the second Pride event in the town, following their inaugural Pride in 2019 (the 2020 event was moved online due to Covid).
