Fashion guru Gok Wan has revealed he's been trying to lift the mood of self-isolation by throwing kitchen raves.
The telly personality, 47, said lockdown is the "toughest thing I've ever done in my life" to Heart Breakfast's Jamie and Lucy.
Gok, who claims he's a very social person, is trying to see the positives by "making the best" of the uncertain situation.
The How to Look Good Naked star says he's throwing kitchen raves at home to keep himself occupied.
Intrigued Jamie and Lucy chatted to the fashion consultant via FaceTime as he relaxed in his lavish home.

Gok admitted the interview set-up was weird, and joked Jamie was "in his pants" at home.
When asked about the lockdown situation, Gok said: "I have to be very honest, I'm finding it the toughest thing I've ever done in my life."
And the star added he's trying to see the light, saying: "If this is what it is because we have to do it, I'm literally gonna make the best of the situation."

He continued: "I've had kitchen raves, I had 70k on one of them. I'm kind of readjusting to life at home.
"I'm gonna make the most of the situation, I'm probably never gonna experience it again in my life - I don't want too anyway."
According to his Instagram, Gok held the third live rave on Saturday night.

House Of Gok is hosted on Instagram Live by the talented DJ himself, and he takes song requests from fans watching at home in quarantine.
The first session bagged 70,000 views and went down a treat with his viewers.
Many have praised the star for his energy and are begging for another one to keep busy during the difficult time.

The telly star also revealed he has turned every room in his home into a "feature" while on air with Jamie and Lucy.
He explained: "Remember programme number 73? I kind of turned my house into that - every single room is a feature to do something."
Gok also joked his house looks like a show home at the moment due to excessive cleaning in isolation.

The guru then dished out fashion advice to an eager caller who was curious to know what to wear on a work call while at home.
He told the listener she "only needs to dress from the boobs up".
"Bear in mind what you need to do is as long as you look presentable, everyone knows you're at home and everyone knows you're relaxing at home," he shared.
Gok went on to admit he hasn't had one pyjama day in isolation - instead he makes sure to change into normal clothes every day.
He confessed it "makes you feel better about yourself".
The presenter also promoted his new series of How to Look Good Naked, which is out tonight at 9pm on Channel 4.
*Heart Breakfast airs weekdays with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden from 6am-10am.
