Gok Wan has paid a touching tribute to his parents on Thursday with a photo shared on social media.
The 47-year-old chef and fashion expert posted a photo on Instagram of his mother and father, who are celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary. In the photo, John and Myra Wan can be seen with beaming smiles, while John puts his arm around his wife.
A caption to the image said: “Happy 53rd anniversary to my greatest loves - Momma and Poppa Wan. I have never known a love greater than theirs.

"Love you mummy and daddy to the moon and back,” followed by a heart symbol.
Gok’s followers were quick to wish a happy anniversary to the "beautiful couple.” One wrote: “Oh my days your parents are adorable!! 53 years!!
“Wow. Happy anniversary to them.”

TV chef Juliet Sear said: “Ahhh congratulations,” followed by two heart emojis.
Others heaped compliments on the pair, praising them for being “adorable” and saying they “shine with happiness.”
Gok was born in Leicester to English Myra and Chinese John, who emigrated to the UK from Hong Kong aged 16. He became a household name following his Channel 4 show How to Look Good Naked, and now regularly appears on ITV’s This Morning during their cooking segment.
He has fronted many of his own TV shows, including Gok Wan's Easy Asian on the Food Network, and written several books relating to fashion and food. In December 2019, Gok was awarded an MBE for services to fashion and social awareness.
