Going the extra mile in memory of Hamer

A bunch of bananas to the Daily Mail's Sam Greenhill and former Sunday Mirror deputy news editor Dennis Rice, who are raising money for the family of Rupert Hamer. Sunday Mirror defence correspondent Hamer was killed in Afghanistan in January, the first British journalist to die covering the conflict.
