Gogglebox viewers in disbelief as Jenny asks Lee if he wants salad cream on his crisp sandwich

Gogglebox viewers were horrified to discover Lee's taste in sandwiches in Friday night show - calling it "rank" and "just wrong".

The latest episode of the Channel 4 show saw fan favourite Jenny telling her friend and sofa companion that she might have a crisp sandwich.

"Are you having one?" she asked Lee.

"I'll have a crisp sandwich," he told her.

Lee then pulled a face in disgust when Jenny asked if he wanted some tomatoes with it - but was much happier with her next suggestion.

"Do you want salad cream on your crisps?" she asked.

A nodding Lee said in the affirmative: "Salad cream on my crisps."

Viewers on Twitter were distinctly unimpressed at the unusual combo, although many admitted enjoying a crisp sandwich.
