Gogglebox viewers complained after a key feature of the show appeared to be missing.
The new series of Gogglebox started four weeks ago, and fans were delighted to see their favourite TV critics return to their screens.
However, viewers have been disappointed by the lack of subtitles available online at All 4.

Taking to Twitter, some viewers were unable to watch the show due to there being no subtitles.
Lisa tweeted: "#gogglebox @Channel4 PLEASE GET THE SUBTITLES WORKING AGAIN ASAP!!! Channel Five has, so why can't you???"
J Davy wrote: "Channel 4 still haven't got their subtitles sorted #Gogglebox."
A third commented: "Come on @Channel4 sort your s*** out.... no subtitles still! Spoils #gogglebox for me and deaf boyfriend."
Claire said: "It has been over two weeks and still NO subtitles for viewers on @Channel4 disgusting!
"It’s not easy to try and watch #Gogglebox #MAFS when you rely on them to help you understand."
Ashely added: "@Channel4 still no subtitles for #Gogglebox so a waste of time."
And Emma tweeted: "@Channel4 still no subtitles!! #Gogglebox."
Over the past few weeks, Channel 4 has been plagued by technical issues following a fire alarm at a broadcast centre.
On October 7, Channel 4 issued a statement, it read: "On Saturday 25 September 2021, Channel 4’s channels and on-demand services were significantly affected when the fire suppression system was triggered at Red Bee Media, the company that broadcasts our services.
"The building was evacuated and no one was injured, but as a result, we were temporarily off-air.
"Even though all our channels are now broadcasting again, the problems caused by the incident means we are still experiencing issues with programmes and adverts as well as with audio and video quality.
"Since the incident, we have also continued to have problems with our All 4 service and are not able to offer any programmes with audio description, subtitles or sign language.
"So, we would like to apologise for any problems you might still be experiencing as you watch your favourite shows. We want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to return to a normal service as quickly as possible.
"Until then, bear with us if things don’t always go to plan. We are trying our best."
