Gogglebox has been on our screens for a decade — first airing on March 7, 2013 — confirming the nation's love of telly watching as a prime-time sport in its own right.
And with its launch, the stars of the show were cast from the comfort of their own homes — or even caravans — to bring the latest low down on the week's shows.
With each series, there has been a mix of familiar and new faces and sometimes whole families have teamed up to give their opinion.
But in ten years as you'd expect many have changed their looks or shed pounds while many have gone on to land lucrative deals.
Let's take a look at those who have made switched things up since first appearing on the box.
Jonathan and Amy Tapper
Jonathan first appeared in 2013 alongside his wife Nikki and it became a family affair with kids Amy and Josh.
But after a health scare in 2020 prompted after a worrying case of Covid he has recovered and risen back to health to shed an impressive three stone.
His daughter Amy, who was just 13 when they first appeared on the telly, has also been inspired to beat the bulge and also shared with fans her 3.5 stone drop in December which showed off her slimmer physique.
Scarlett Moffat
The County Durham native has become the show's biggest star and has gone on to secure fame in I'm A Celebrity jungle in 2018.
But she has opted to alter her look with a new set of pearly whites after her own teeth were left in a sorry state following a bike accident.
Scarlet, who became famous for her hilarious one-liners, has also shared her health struggles and lost two stone in 2016.
She has recently announced she is pregnant with her first child and showed off a baby bump on her Insta.
Ellie and Izzy Warner
Hairdresser Ellie from Leeds burst onto our screens with her sister Izzy and has swapped up her locks more than most.
Her tresses have sported a colourful array of shades including blonde to lilac, pink, purple and even green.
Although she likes to keep her relationships out of the public glare, she has reportedly bought a house with her long-term boyfriend Nat
Meanwhile, Izzy welcomed her baby girl, Bessie Rose, in February 2020, and has now ditched her job as a nail technician as she is a qualified mortgage adviser.
Sandra Martin
Sandra was a Gogglebox OG - back in March 2013.
The Londoner became known for her extravagant jewellery and big gold rings, and Sandra set up her own business Ringsandtings in 2015.
But she left fans job-smacked with her glam makeover for a Christmas knees-up last year.
She beamed back in a slinky black dress to embrace the holiday season.
