Gogglebox's Tom Malone Jnr is back revealing some more gossip about the show.
The Channel 4 hit is set to return in a matter of weeks - much to fans excitement.
And due to its popularity, it's no surprise that the families are inundated with questions about appearing on Gogglebox.
But it's Tom who has been answering the most and has previously revealed the 'rude' secret behind the Malones most asked about feature on show.
Now, in his latest TikTok video, the dancer is back revealing the 'biggest perk', what they have never done and a ban in place during filming.
He told his followers: "Without a doubt, one of the best perks of Gogglebox is that every time we film, which is twice a week, the crew get us a takeaway of our choosing.
"It's literally one of the most amazing things about the show, honest to god. It's the best."
The Malones, who live in Manchester, are one of many families and duos to appear on Gogglebox but he admitted to never meeting any of the other cast members.
"We don't know any other families on the show, we've never met," Tom said.
"Occasionally we'll Tweet each other, but we don't know each other - or like meet up or anything like that.
"I've never met any of them."
And there's also a specific rule when it comes to filming and it means they cannot switch their seating arrangements.
"Going back to six and a half years ago when we filmed our first episode of Gogglebox, I think it was season four, we just sat in those positions.
"That was just the natural positions we sat in. That was fine.
"However moving on from then, we were never allowed to change those positions.
"That's because people don't like change."
Well, who knew!
