Gogglebox star Stephen Webb left fans stunned after unveiling a dramatic new look.
The Brighton based hairdresser, who has been on the hit Channel 4 show for many years, took to Instagram to show the process of his transformation before revealing the end result with followers.
Gogglebox was back on our screens on Friday, with the nation's favourite couch potatoes dishing up their thoughts on the week's telly.

Stephen appeared alongside his husband, Daniel Lustig, for a festive edition of the reality show.
During the bumper special, MEN reports many viewers took to Twitter to suggest Stephen was channelling Coronation Street legend Ken Barlow, who is played by actor William Roache.
His long, silvery locks were also the envy of some but on Saturday, the 48-year-old took to Instagram with a video, filmed by his other half, which saw him take a set of hair clippers to his hair for a drastic new look.
Stephen is now rocking a fresh buzzcut and offered no explanation on social media for the change.

But fans had a lot to say on Instagram.
"OMG.... why?" questioned one.
Another said: "Oh wow, you look fab."
"Makes you look really handsome," a third complimented.
However, another said: "Not the lockdown hair. My heart is broken. I know it will grow back but the long locks looks soo great on you."
Stephen has been a part of Gogglebox since the very first series in 2013.
Daniel didn't join Stephen on the show until 2019 but the pair have been providing some much-needed laughs ever since.
Fans will have to wait a little longer to see Stephen's new look on the small screen as a new series isn't set to begin until February, a few months after wrapping up filming for 2020.
