Gogglebox star Pete Sandiford married his girlfriend Paige Yeomans in a secret ceremony.
The TV star, 26, confirmed the news at the National Television Awards on Thursday night, which he attended with his sister and Gogglebox co-star Sophie Sandiford.
He revealed the happy news shortly after it was revealed that he'd become a dad for the first time after Paige gave birth to their baby boy.
Pete told OK!: "I'm married now! It was nerve-wracking but the best day of my life. Well, second best day as I’m a dad now, too.
"I'm buzzing [to be at the NTAs] as I got a full night's sleep in a hotel so I'm well happy."
He added: "[Being a dad is] tiring. The lack of sleep is not cool but it's definitely worth it."
Pete continued: "He's basically a miniature version of me and Paige and that's what I always wanted so I feel well lucky."
The TV favourite confirmed he'd proposed to Paige back in February in an episode of Gogglebox.
Sophie had asked her brother: "Do you feel any different now that you've got engaged?"
"Yeah, I think," he replied. "I feel like an even bigger responsibility. I don't know why. I'm going to have a wife."
"Yes, you're going to have a wife," Sophie pointed out.
Then in April he revealed in another episode of Gogglebox that he and Paige were expecting their first child together.
Sharing his excitement, he told Sophie she was going to be an aunt as he presented her with a scan photo.
He told her: "Here we go, look at this!" as he confessed he could not believe he was going to be a father.
Pete said to his sister: "Innit mad? I am actually going to be a dad to somebody."
"Crazy. Life’s coming at you fast," Sophie replied, referring to the couple's recent engagement.
Sophie commented that her unborn niece or nephew was a "proper little baby now", hinting that Paige was quite far along in her pregnancy.
Pete and Sophie joined the cast of Gogglebox in 2018.
Outside of the show, Sophie previously worked in Debenhams before the stores shut, and she now has a job as a florist.
Meanwhile, Pete has a job in insurance.
