Gogglebox star Mica Ven has thrilled fans as she shared an insight into her fitness routine.
The reality TV star has appeared on the popular Channel 4 programme alongside her husband Marcus Luther since 2018. The couple have established themselves as fan favourites on the show with their hilarious observations on the week's best TV.
The couple have built up a large following on Instagram as they post exciting updates of their life away from the sofa. Marcus is a head coach at a boxing gym and Mica shared snaps after a workout session alongside some fitness tips.

She said: "Torn between looking like a snack or eating one. Glad I made it to the gym today, sometimes that’s half the battle.
"Remember Working out helps the mental health too. Stay fit Stay healthier gang."
Mica has two daughters from a previous relationship, called Sachelle and Shuggy. She took to Instagram earlier this month to reveal she welcomed her first grandchild.
Followers have flooded Mica's comments to praise her appearance.
