Gogglebox star Joe Baggs unrecognisable as he stuns fans with dramatic makeover

Gogglebox star Joe Baggs left fans gobsmacked when he shared his amazing makeover on social media.

While Joe, 24, is more often seen cosied up in casual gear watching TV on the famous sofa, he took to Instagram to show off his dramatic look for a night out with pals.

He also posted a Tiktok video revealing the before and after as he turned himself into his drag persona Designa Baggs.

Fans were loving the new look, which showcased Joe with long platinum blonde hair, metallic blue eye shadow and heavily pencilled lips.

He also showed off his neon blue miniskirt with yellow tassels and knee-high white boots.

It's only the second time Joe has publicly done drag and is the first time he's revealed the name Designa Baggs.

Joe wrote on his Instagram post: "I just want @lucyannetts_mua to live with me and paint my face every day. Outhaus last night was incredible."

Influencer Faye Dickinson was among those to share their appreciation in the comments section. She wrote: "Iconic," followed by several emojis with love heart eyes.

"Second pic tho," she added with crying with laughter faces.

Romana Lucia Bright, who is the sister of TOWIE star Lydia, called Joe "iconic," while another fan agreed and wrote: "oh my god you look INCREDIBLE."

And his mum also gushed with pride, writing: "My beautiful boy."

Joe later thanked his fans for their kind comments on his original post by uploading the video of his transformation to his Instagram page.

He also revealed to one fan that he plans to make his drag a more regular occurrence next year.

Replying to others who commented to say it looked like her felt "so powerful" as Deisgna, Joe said 'it was the best feeling in the world honestly'.

The Baggs family joined the popular TV show again in September after reports suggested they had been dropped from the show in March.

The Essex-based family, made up of mum Lisa, dad Terry and sons George and Joe, originally joined the show last year but fans were concerned when they were absent from the series.

At the time of the rumours, mum Lisa took to social media to deny the claims.

Sharing a link to an article claiming they were axed from the show for failing to impress viewers, Lisa shot back: "I can categorically say this is a total LIE!

"Due to covid restrictions we are unable to film the current series.

" Channel 4 have been wonderful to work with and we hope to be back one day soon," she insisted.
