Gogglebox Izzi Warner has revealed an impressive new career as she celebrates qualifying as a mortgage advisor.
The Leeds lass took to social media today on Wednesday, July 7, to share the exciting news with her 283k Instagram followers.
The 28-year-old Gogglebox favourite shared a boomerang of her certificate on her stories proving she had passed her certificate in mortgage advice and practice exam with distinction.

Izzi captioned the post: "'I've only gone and done it! CEMAPS completed, mortgage advisor pending..."
The mum of two, who was previously a nail technician has certainly thrown herself in at the deep end and it looks like hard work and determination has paid off for the Gogglebox star.
The Channel 4 star, who appears on the Gogglebox sofa alongside her sister, Ellie, who is a hairdresser by trade and is well known for sporting bold and wacky hair colours.
Izzi has two children with her long term partner Grant - Bobby, five and Bessie, 17 months, the couple recently swapped Leeds for London as Izzi treated her boyfriend Grant to a lavish birthday celebration at the Shangri-La The Shard.
