Gogglebox star Amy Tapper shows off 7 stone weight loss in new swimsuit snap

Gogglebox star Amy Tapper looked incredible as she showed off her 7 stone weight loss.

The reality TV star, 25, stunned in a simple black swimsuit, uploading a snap to Instagram with the simple caption: “Mirror Mirror on the wall.”

Tapper has previously discussed how she has been taking Mounjaro to lose weight - she has been taking a 15mg weekly dose since February, which she worked her way up to from 2.5mg.

She recently told The Sun: “I’m fitting into size 18 clothes for the first time since I was 15 or 16 – it's hard for me to believe.

“It's changed my life. I get annoyed, though, that some people call it the "lazy way out".

“I don't want people to think that I've sat around for the last 17 years of my life not trying to lose weight. I want people to know that this has been my only option to get this far.”

She shared a throwback comparison snap last week, captioning it: “Another day another slay.”

In April this year, she posted a tearful video of herself cheering on the scales. “Wow wow wow – six stone down! I cannot believe it,” she wrote. “Here’s to the next stone and more.”

The reality star has continued to document her journey online, regularly sharing gym workouts, boxing sessions and motivational updates with her followers.

She often credits her personal trainer for helping her stay consistent and rebuild her confidence after years of struggling with her body image.

In July, she revealed the dramatic difference a year had made by wearing the same dress in a new colour, three sizes smaller. “What a difference a year can make!” she wrote.

Tapper, who left Gogglebox in 2018 to pursue other TV opportunities, has since appeared on Celebs Go Dating and become a popular influencer known for promoting body positivity and self-acceptance.

She has also been praised by fans for her honesty about the emotional side of weight loss and the pressure of growing up in the public eye. Many flooded her latest post with supportive messages, calling her transformation “inspiring” and “amazing”.

Tapper now says she hopes to use her platform to help others who feel stuck or judged when trying to improve their health, encouraging followers to “focus on what makes you feel good inside and out”.
