Gogglebox star Amy Tapper puts on cheerful display after three stone weight loss

Gogglebox star Amy Tapper looked sensational as she slipped into a striking yellow dress for her latest social media snap.

The 20-year-old reality star, who also appeared on Celebs Go Dating, grinned from ear to ear as she threw her support behind mental health charity Young Minds.

It comes after the television star dropped a whopping three stone alongside her dad after starring in Do The Unthinkable Diet with Muscle Foods.

Sharing her latest snap with her 64,000 Instagram followers, Amy appeared in high spirits as she fashioned the bold ensemble.

Alongside her stunning cinched in dress, Amy let her luscious brown locks fall naturally around her shoulders.

Amy had opted for the yellow outfit in a bid to raise money for Young Minds UK.

"Wearing Yellow today for  #helloyellow  raising money for  @youngmindsuk  to help adults and teens with their mental health," she wrote.

"This is a charity very close to my heart at the moment and the things they do for family’s and friends is outstanding.

"Please help this charity by donating and wearing yellow and posting on Social Media," she concluded.

Amy has been praised by fans who rushed to compliment the star on her daring look.

"Love you with all my, my absolute queen xx," penned one fan.

"You look so good," wrote another.

Last year, Amy and her dad Jonathan lost three stone each after committing to a gruelling new diet.

At the time, Jonathan dropped from 21st 3lb to 18st 8lb, while Amy lost six inches around her waist.

Amy even credited the family's weight loss as helping to save her dad's life after he contracted coronavirus earlier this year.

Speaking to The Sun  in April, Amy said: "If we hadn't lost the six stone last year when we did, could this have been a different outcome for us? I just don't know."

"It's public knowledge that in most cases, the healthier you are when you contract coronavirus, the more likely you are to survive.

"I can't even begin to think about what might have happened to dad – and to me - if we hadn't changed our lives last year," she concluded.
