Gogglebox’s Tom Malone reveals 'biggest regret' from first two series of Channel 4 show

Former Gogglebox star Tom Malone Jr has opened up on his 'biggest regret' in life - and it was during the first two seasons of the Channel 4 show.

Tom previously appeared on Gogglebox with his family in 2014, however decided to leave in February 2021, announcing he wanted to explore other opportunities.

His parents Tom and Julie, as well as his brother Shaun, have continued filming without him. Despite leaving, the professional dancer has still been on-screen elsewhere, popping up on E4’s The Real Dirty Dancing earlier this year and also Coach Trip.

As well as TV work the star likes to keep his fans updated on social media and during a question and answer session on Instagram he revealed one big regret in life and it was from his time on Gogglebox, Birmingham Live reports.

He said in a video response when he was asked what his biggest regret was: "Probably that top knot I had for the first couple of series of Gogglebox if I'm honest. Absolutely atrocious."

Tom recently revealed he had been diagnosed with autism. The 28-year-old wrote on Instagram: “I don’t normally do very personal posts like this, but I thought this one was important. I’ve always felt a bit different, a bit socially awkward and like I just don’t process things in the same way as everybody else.

“Finally I have an explanation. I’ve recently been diagnosed as autistic. Something that both makes sense to me whilst at the same time is something completely new to learn about and understand more about why I am the way I am.

“Now begins the journey. This one goes out to all the kids that have ever felt misunderstood due to being a little bit different.”
