Gogglebox's Sophie Sandiford is unrecognisable in bright orange jumpsuit for her real life job

Gogglebox legend Sophie Sandiford baffled fans with an unrecognisable snap on Friday while she was hard at work.

The TV star, 24, is best known for appearing on the Channel 4 show with her brother Pete.

And yesterday Sophie looked very different as she posed with her colleague at Debenhams for a quick mirror selfie while they were on the shop floor.

Sophie and her friend wore bright orange jumpsuits with Von Dutch branded beanie hats, complete with face coverings for the iconic snap.

She wrote: "Doin' porridge with @laura0772."

Her followers found the photo quite amusing, with a couple of fans joking they were auditioning for Netflix show Orange Is the New Black.

"Hahaha orange is the new black cast? Lol," one fan commented.

"Your auditioning for orange is the new black," a second added.

Others joked that the girls had been taken hostage due to their outfit choices.

A fan asked: "Are you both ok have you been taken hostage in them red outfits [laughing emoji]".

Previously, Sophie has opened up about losing her job at the department store due to the company entering liquidation.

But it appears she is still working there at the moment, as one fan pointed it out in the comments.

"Debenhams crew recognise that place anywhere my debs family," they said.

Fans of the Channel 4 show are patiently waiting for it to make a return at the end of this month.

A date is yet to be confirmed, but Sophie will join her brother Pete as the series returns following a well-needed Christmas break.
