Last week it emerged that Gogglebox's Malone family had a 'secret' son, never seen on screen, who had just got married and is due to have a baby. Now, the family have responded after fans wished the son, Lee, well.
"Thank you all so much for your congratulations and best wishes on Lee and Sarah's wedding and the news of their pregnancy," the family wrote on Twitter.
"They are all very much appreciated xx."
Lee Malone, the eldest son of our on-screen favourites Tom and Julie, recently married his partner Sarah. The young couple are expecting a baby in November 2021. The news was confirmed by brother and ex-Gogglebox star Tom Jr on Instagram.
Lee isn't the only Malone to have emerged into the limelight recently: only a few weeks ago the family introduced us to their daughter Vanessa.
As Tom celebrated his brother's marriage, one commenter alluded to the trend by saying: "How many brothers and sisters have you got, Tom? Losing track here, they're popping up left, right and centre!"
Another said: "Mate you are making stuff up now - I thought it was just the four of you and now there's another brother and a sister and I just can't keep up!"
Aside from those tongue-in-cheek comments, most fans had only warm words for the newlyweds and expectant parents.
