Gogglebox's Lee Riley posts rare photo with boyfriend - and fans are all saying the same thing

A star of Gogglebox has shared a rare picture with his boyfriend.

Lee Riley, who is one half of popular Gogglebox duo Jenny and Lee, shared the rare image of his long-term partner with whom he has been reunited during a romantic getaway.

The pair are currently holidaying in Cyprus, in Europe, while Gogglebox takes a break from filming, as BirminghamLive reports.

The Channel 4 sofa favourite has been off our screens since June, with a return scheduled for September.

In its absence, Celebrity Gogglebox has been airing each week, airing at 9pm on Friday evenings, as the regular Gogglebox cast have a well-earned break.

In the image, Lee 51, is seen with a glowing tan, cuddling into his other half over some drinks.

Alongside the pictures, Lee paid a gushing tribute to the "love of his life" Steve.

The star penned: "Had the best time with the love of my life in our favourite restaurant love you to the moon and back #veniVinci #Cyprus 2020 #summernights #datenight #specialtimes #Gogglebox."

"This is adorable," one fan wrote, while a second chipped in with: "Oh this is too much".

There were plenty of heart-eyed emojis posted, too.

Lee and Jenny took the decision to self-isolate together at the start of lockdown, to ensure they could carry on filming Gogglebox episodes together.

However, Hull Live reports that with filming now at an end until the autumn, they've decided to go back to their normal lives, at least for the time being.

Director of programming Ian Katz earlier this week said: "The coronavirus outbreak is an enormous creative challenge for all broadcasters and though it is having a profound impact on getting some of our productions onto screen, it's also a time when public service broadcasters like Channel 4 can step up and help people navigate through the extraordinary challenges we all now face."
