Gogglebox's Amy Tapper has taken to Instagram to show off her incredible weight loss.
The former Channel 4 couch critic has been sticking to a Super Slimmer Plan for the past five weeks and has managed to lose a whopping 33cm from around her waist.
The change came about after the 22-year-old decided to grab "life by the goals" in the new year.

In the Instagram post, Amy posted two images side by side showing her body changes from before and after her new diet plan.
She shared full length body pictures taken from the side and the front.
In both pictures she wore the same outfit consisting of black leggings and a white vest top, which helped to show off the outstanding transformation.
Amy shared how she had made the change with her 77,000 followers, as she wrote: "Guys I’ve just finished 5 weeks on the Super Slimmer Plan [...] and I couldn’t feel better if I tried!"
She added: "Physically I am ready to take on the rest of the year with more ease and mentally I just want to keep going and going and never felt so motivated!"
Amy said: "I’ve grabbed life by the goals [...] and I’ve lost 33cm around my waist, gained a huge love for the gym and just feel so good in myself!"
Amy's fans where quick to praise her and flooded the comments with compliments.
