Amy Tapper has been on an incredible weight loss journey and she's amazed fans with her before and after pictures.
The former Gogglebox star, 20, has lost more than 3.5 stone after overhauling her lifestyle and fitness routine.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Amy unveiled the incredible changes that her body has gone through after her decision to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
The Channel 4 star left her followers astonished as she took part in the viral TikTok challenge ‘how it started’ by sharing comparison images of herself at the start of her journey compared to now.
Amy’s first snap shows her looking rather downcast as she posed in a white tank top and black leggings.
But in the second clip, she admits she's living her best life after finally feeling confident in her own skin.
The joyous TV star can be seen dancing around the kitchen as she proudly paraded her slimmed-down frame in the inspirational weight loss video.
Alongside her latest offering, Amy said: "And now I'm living my best life".
Amy’s fans flocked to shower the TV star with compliments following her incredible transformation.
“Omg, you look so good Amy! Well done, you should be so proud of yourself,” gushed one admirer.
“This is so inspirational. You look STUNNING!” another echoed.
Meanwhile, a third enthused: “I actually gasped! You have done so well and I'm loving your confidence! Yes, girl.”
Amy recently admitted that she’s never felt better in her own skin following her weight loss.
Opening up about her new-found confidence, she told The Sun: “I am more confident in myself and I love myself as a person more than I’ve ever done before."
Amy first shot to fame with her family on Channel 4’s Gogglebox.
She appeared on the hit show for five years between 2013 and 2018.
Following her Gogglebox stint, she went on to appear on Celebs Go Dating in a bid to find love.
