Gogglebox's Durham stars Abbie and Georgia have thanked fans for their support as filming wrapped on another series of the hit Channel 4 show.
The duo are two of the more recent cast members to join the long-running programme and have proved popular with viewers, with a number of fans of the show taking a keen interest in their luxurious sofa and living room accessories, as well as enjoying their reactions to a whole host of TV shows.
The new series of Gogglebox has seen the cast react to everything from Saturday Night Takeaway to Line of Duty but it comes to an end on Friday night, with the final episode going out at 9pm.
Gearing up to it and sharing some of the thank you gifts they'd received from programme makers Studio Lambert, Durham girls Abbie and Georgia took to their Twitter page to write: "We can’t believe we’re finished filming and it’s the LAST SHOW TONIGHT of this series!!!
"It’s been bloody amazing thank you for all the support everyone! See you at 9pm for the last time series 17"
One of their fans quickly replied: "can't believe it's the last episode of series 17 tonight enjoy your break ladies see you for series 18," and another responded: "Nicest sofa on TV, I love it"
Worried that their 'thank you' gifts might mean they're leaving the show, another commented: "Don't leave us"
Gogglebox fans were left gutted last when Jenny and Lee let slip that this week's episode would be the last of the series.
The best mates uploaded a video to their joint Instagram video, with Lee saying: "Happy Friday everybody," but Jenny added "and sad Friday".
Lee asked: "Why so sad?" with Jenny replying: "it's my last one". Lee said: "Oh yeah it's our last filming week this week so we're filming today... "
"And I'm going home soon," chipped in Jenny.
