Gogglebox viewers have been left stunned after fan-favourite Jenny Newby made a surprise confession during tonight's episode.
The popular Channel 4 programme saw bestie Lee Riley eating an orange as the pair sat down to critique the week's television schedule.
But Lee looked stunned, and frankly disgusted, when Jenny asked if she could eat the skin off his orange.
She said: "I'll have the skin."
To which Lee said: "You're not eating the skin."
Unfortunately for Lee, it was too late and Jenny had already finished off an earlier snack. She said: "I like the skin, you know I do.
"I ate the skin on the other one."
And despite the unusual delicacy, Jenny appeared to be enjoying it, adding: "This is really lovely. It's good for you, you know."
Gogglebox fans were left shocked, and a little bit bemused, by Jenny's unusual taste.
Twitter user @mishybabez said: "The skin's horrible ew."
While @locagarside said: "No way, it's disgusting."
The idea of eating the skin wasn't a hit to @carladams94 who took aim at the easy peeler nickname for smaller citrus fruits. He said: "No. It feels like eating a lemon peeler."
Meanwhile @themainstand felt like Jenny could be onto something that most of us must be missing. Answering whether they do it, they said: "No, but I do eat lemon zest, so fair enough."
Gogglebox shows a series of families from across the country sitting down in front of their TV to analyse what has been on this week.
