Ellie, 28, and Izzi, 25, have been part of the Gogglebox cast since 2015.
The sisters are often caught exchanging witty remarks and have won over the hearts of millions of viewers during their time on the show.
Izzi wore a sleeveless nude dress for the awards which included intricate gold detailing, while Ellie wore a pink dress with a square neck and puff sleeve detailing around the shoulders.

Ellie, who is a hairdresser by trade, took the opportunity to show off her freshly dyed lilac hair.
Posting to Instagram, Ellie said: "Such a privilege for Gogglebox to be nominated for an award at the BAFTAs. Unfortunately we didn't win this time but congratulations to the well deserved winners, Diversity, on winning the must-see moment of 2020.
"Thank you to the glam squad for getting us prepared for the red carpet! What a surreal and amazing experience."
But after cruel trolls left shocking comments about the girls' dress sense, weight and size, their loyal fan base were quick to slam the haters, complimenting the stunning siblings as they dazzled on the red carpet among a whole host of celebs.
One fan wrote: "Ah, as usual, a man thinking he knows best, newsflash, you're no prize either and they both look absolutely stunning!"
A second added: "You both look so beautiful."
A third said: "You both look gorgeous, I was a little annoyed at one comment from a man asking how much weight you have lost, you look amazing! You looked amazing before any weight loss actually."
Another penned: "I never realised how much you looked alike until now, how beautiful."
