Gogglebox duo Lee Riley and Jenny Newby are now considered as national treasures across the UK.
The Channel 4 stars’ friendship and a strong bond has completely stolen the hearts of Gogglebox fans, and viewers are clearly missing the hilarious pair.
Earlier this week, eagle-eyed fans took a scroll through Lee’s Instagram, where they quickly came across his pal who they claimed looked like ‘Jenny’s double’.
While the Hull native is known for his quaint caravan lifestyle, Lee likes to live it up when he can in his second home in Cyprus.
Back in April, the reality TV star flew to the sunny island when restrictions eased – but his best pal Jenny didn’t tag along.
Instead, Lee enjoyed some downtime with his partner Steve Mail and some other close friends.
At the time, the much-loved star snapped himself out for dinner with the gang, and fans couldn’t help but see some similarities between Lee’s blonde friend and Jenny.
“Jenny looks different there,” quipped one fan.
“I had to do a double take. I thought that was Jenny. They look so alike,” another echoed.
“She’s like a much younger Jenny alright, isn’t she?” a third agreed.
Meanwhile, someone else teased: “Lee must have been missing Jenny so much that he had to find a lookalike. Two gorgeous ladies.”
It comes after Lee jetted out to Cyrus again earlier this week to reunite with his partner after eight months apart.
Lee’s partner Steve has been in Cyprus while he stayed in Hull with Jenny as the pair spent the last 11 weeks living together in a covid bubble to film for the show.
But with the show on a break until the autumn, it's allowed them to go back to their usual lives, and for lucky Lee, that involves jetting to Cyprus to see Steve, who he’s been with for almost 30 years.
Along with a sunny snap of him and Steve smiling in the sunshine, he told fans: "After 8 long months in England it feels amazing to be finally back home here in sunny Northern Cyprus in time for our 27th anniversary.
"Love you Mr Riley let the celebrations begin #homeiswheretheheartis."
