Gogglebox fans are "gutted" as the hit Channel 4 drama came to an end on Friday night and show favourite Ellie Warner said her goodbye.
Ellie, who appears on the show with her sister Izzi, took to her Instagram to say her farewell from screens for the summer, toasting the "last episode" with a bottle of Peroni beer.
But fans were also given a boost by the news that she has said she will be BACK for filming again in September.
And in further good news, it has been confirmed that Celebrity Gogglebox will return to screens in June to fill the void for show fans - who Ellie has joked are the "real MVPs" aka most valuable players.
Hairdresser Ellie, from Leeds, said: "Cheers all last episode of @c4gogglebox tonight but never fear we’ll be back in September! Have a nice summer everyone and don’t forget to vote for us at the BAFTAs.
"Thanks to all the production staff who make it all happen they’ve not got long off before celebs start in couple of weeks! They’re the real MVPs."
The 17th series of Gogglebox has run for just 13 episodes, whereas fans have been used to 15 or 16 episodes in previous series.
And, naturally, they're sad that it has come to an end so quickly.
Reacting to Ellie's announcement one fan summed up the mood: "Gutted. Best thing on TV. You two are hilarious."
Another fan said: "Omg I love you all so much my Fridays are going to be so boring now after this week."
A third added: "Love you guys and we will miss you terribly," while one fan said simply: "September is too long!"
The final episode saw the return of show favourites and self-confessed "naughty girls" Mary and Marina who were a big hit with fans.
