Gogglebox fans didn't want to miss the last episode of the series as it aired on Friday night.
But some may have wished they had given it a miss after they complained it 'spoiled' a brand new TV series.
The much-loved families of the Channel 4 show - from Marcus and Mica and to Jenny and Lee - all sat down to American crime drama series The Mare of Easttown.
The HBO series follows Kate Winslet as Mare Sheehan, a detective investigating a murder in a small town near Philadelphia, as she investigates the recent murder of a teenage mother and the disappearance of other young girls.
As the Gogglebox crew became fully invested in a crucial moment within the series as Mare and a colleague appear to have found the culprit, some viewers were looking away as they didn't want to see what happened.
"Can someone tell me if the mare segment is over? I wanna watch it I didn’t wanna be spoiled #gogglebox," tweeted one.
Another complained: "Well thanks Gogglebox for giving the whole plot of Mare of Easttown away for anyone who hasn’t seen it."
"Worst thing about Gogglebox is when they are watching a show you haven't caught up on yet. Having to turn the TV off until the Mare of Easttown section is over," a third added.
A fourth said: "I was going to watch Mare of Easttown but I don't need to now #Gogglebox."
Another fan had a lucky escape, however, adding: "Just glad I watched this week's Mare of Easttown today or else #Gogglebox would've spoilt the ending."
But for some, it's only made them want to watch it more.
"#Gogglebox looks like I'm going to have to watch mare of easttown," one commented.
Another added: "#Gogglebox stays putting me onto new series, I will be watching Mare of East Town as soon as this finishes."
Gogglebox is now off air until September after another three-month run.
Jenny and Lee, the Malone's and Ellie and Izzi have all appeared to confirm their return to the hit series later this year.
