The Baggs family have made an epic return to Gogglebox following claims that they were axed from the Channel 4 reality show.
As the brand-new series kicked off last night, eagle-eyed fans were delighted to see the hilarious clan back on their famous couch after rumours swirled that that they were previously dropped from the show.
Earlier this summer, speculation emerged that the family – who are made up of mum Lisa, Dad, Terry, and sons Joe, and George – were axed due to the fact there were not ‘enough cameras’ in production ‘go around’.
It comes after the Essex-based clan opted not to appear on the show’s last series due to the pandemic.
Due to the fact they decided to sit the series out, fans immediately predicted that Channel 4 bosses had dropped them.

As rumours continued to swirl, Lisa was forced to set the record straight on social media a number of months ago.
Sharing a screenshot of an article which claimed the Baggs’ were given the boot, Lisa insisted that she and her family chose not to take part due to Covid.
The defiant reality TV star insisted: “I can categorically confirm this is a total LIE!
“Due to Covid restrictions we are unable to film this current series.

“Channel 4 have been wonderful to work with and we hope to be back one day soon.”
And it goes without saying that Gogglebox fans were over the moon to see Lisa, Terry, George, and Joe back on their screens last night as the 18th series of the hit Channel 4 show got underway.
“Omg the Baggs’ are back! My day is made,” gushed one supporter.
“Awh yay! Terry is back! I missed him so much,” another echoed.

“Yessssss! The Baggs’ are here to stay! I thought they were axed,” someone else tweeted.
Meanwhile, a fourth swooned: “My fave family – The Baggs’. They just bring the energy like no other. Those one-liners though.”
The family’s epic comeback comes after Gogglebox scooped the award for Best Factual Show at the National Television Awards earlier this month.

The delighted and emotional cast and crew accepted the coveted gong at the star-studded event at London's O2 Arena.
Gogglebox favourites Tom and Julie Malone and Pete and Sophie Sandiford took to the stage to accept the amazing award on the night as they upped the glitz and glam for the special night.
