Debuting in the No. 2 position is Monkey Man, which garnered $10.2 million in its opening weekend. While details on its international performance are currently unavailable, the action thriller made a strong showing in the domestic market. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire follows closely behind in third place, adding $9 million to its worldwide earnings of $138.2 million.
Claiming the fourth spot is the horror prequel to The Omen, which earned $8.4 million in its debut weekend. Just edging out the newcomer is Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, maintaining its hold on the third position.
