The Hilt of Gram is a powerful relic in God of War Ragnarök that you’ll want to get your hands on sooner rather than later. It grants you a burst of rage that stuns nearby enemies, making it perfect for crowd control. You can find it in the Temple of Light, but there’s every possibility you can miss it if you’re not paying attention, so we’ll tell you exactly what steps to take to get it.

This hilt, also known as The Dragon’s Bane, is deep in the heart of the Temple of Light. Near one of Odin’s ravens, you’ll find a chain pulley that moves a twilight stone and an elevator. Your goal is to break the connector on the elevator so it drops, letting you reach the chest.
To do this, pull the chain to get the twilight stone at its highest point, then throw your ax at it. This should embed the ax in the wall. At this point, drop the chain and everything will fall into its default position, putting the connector level with your ax. Now you can recall your ax and it will break the connector.
Once the elevator crashes into the ground you can go to the chest and claim your prize.
