(Reuters) - Tottenham Hotspur have exercised an option in goalkeeper Michel Vorm's contract to extend his stay at the club until 2019, the Premier League side has said.
The 34-year-old has been second choice behind Hugo Lloris at Tottenham since joining the club from Swansea City in 2014, making 43 appearances for the North London team.
"The club can confirm that we have activated the option to extend Michel Vorm's contract until 2019," Tottenham said on their website http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com.
