GMB weather presenter Laura Tobin's rude mispronunciation leaves fans giggling

Good Morning Britain viewers were left snorting out their tea after noticing Laura Tobin's rather rude mispronunciation earlier this week.

Fan favourite Laura returned to inform fans about the chilly, miserable weather on Wednesday morning while Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid took the reins on the main programme.

Speaking about how temperatures would plunge even further, warning Brits about the freezing conditions ahead, Laura made an unfortunate slip-up.

She said: "It’s now slowly turning back to sleet and rain, but [making] a very sl*tty.....slushy, deposits.”

Despite quickly correcting herself, viewers clocked onto the blunder and were left giggling at the mishap.

One tweeted: "Thank you for this gem."

While another commented: "Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin and her freudian opinions....”Sl*tty deposits."

Later in the week, however, GMB became a little more heated as Stanley Johnson appeared on the ITV show.

Boris Johnson's father had been speaking alongside guests Jacqui Smith and Iain Dale when he became involved in a passionate debate.

Former Home Secretary Jacqui hit out at Stanley for boasting about his French citizenship to dodge Brexit conditions.

Jacqui reminded him Boris was responsible for persuading many people to vote for Brexit, leaving us without free movement, but Stanley will not be affected by this.

"I’m rather pleased with the notion, I like the idea," said Stanley. "My thought is that at this moment we certainly don’t need to be anti-European.

"This is a little, tiny gesture by me to build the bridge… faire le pont, I think you might say."
