Good Morning Britain viewers rejoiced today as Bill Turnbull reunited with his former TV colleague Susanna Reid.
Bill, 64, has stepped in to replace Piers Morgan as host of the ITV programme while he’s on a break.
Retuning to our screens, the veteran broadcaster sat beside Susanna for the first time since 2014, when she left BBC Breakfast for ITV.
This also marked Bill's first time back on live television after he quit the BBC One programme in 2016 after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Fans were delighted to see Bill back on screen and spoke of their joy on Twitter.
One said: “Don't normally watch Good Morning Britain because I'm not a Piers Morgan fan, but I had to switch it on as @billtu is back on breakfast TV! #goodmorningbritain #gmb Bill Turnbull and @susannareid100 are the dream team!”
A second said: “Great to see Bill Turnbull back on our screens, looking fit and healthy. Welcome back to morning tv.”
A third said: “Good Morning Britain is a better news and discussion show with Bill Turnbull than the tabloid shouting match it has become with Piers Morgan.
“Bill also lets Susanna speak and we get to see how good a journalist she is. Brilliant pairing and a much better show than usual.”

Some viewers are even calling for Bill to take the helm permanently - as well as another high profile programme, Question Time.
“So lovely to see Bill Turnbull back on tv this morning... perhaps he could takeover the helm at bbcqt?” suggested one.
A second posted: “Lovely Bill Turnbull. So much better than that other guy!”
