GMB viewers fume as programme is plagued with sound issues through three interviews

Good Morning Britain viewers were left fuming today as the programme was plagued with sound issues through three of its interviews.

Hosts Ben Shephard and Susanna Reid were forced to apologise to three guests over the dodgy video links today as they were hampered with technical issues.

First up had been Shadow Health Secretary Jonathan Ashworth, who Ben and Susanna was forced to cut off and then reconnect with later.

Later, they spoke to coronavirus survivor Julie Stanfield and daughter Gabrielle - but were forced to interject again as the connection became unstable yet again.

Finally they spoke to NHS Charities Together CEO Ellie Orton, who viewers could hardly hear as the sound kept cutting out.

And fans were not happy and demanded that the ITV programme "sort it out".

One tweeted: "Is the sound guy on #gmb this morning straight out of college? FFS sort it out."

While another fumed: "F*** sake sort the fucking sound out #GMB."

A third wrote: "#GMB Oh dear sound problems again. It must be at GMB's end."

"Who’s doing the sound on #gmb this morning............ #NormanCollier lol!!" another joked.

One quipped: "In other words Jonathan you sound like a Dalek #gmb."

Another tweeted: "#GMB I think it is the sound volume that causes problems sometimes. When the break up happens they need to talk slightly quieter."
