GMB's Susanna Reid bares 'naturally gorgeous' looks in make up-free selfie

Susanna Reid has left fans dumbstruck after sharing a gorgeous bare-faced snap ahead of her return to Good Morning Britain.

Viewers have been begging Susanna, 49, and her fiery co-host Piers Morgan to make their comeback after taking time away from the show during the summer.

All set to return to our screens during Tuesday's show, Susanna shared with her 515,000 followers a look at her "last bare-faced day of the summer."

"Tomorrow the Glam Squad is back!" she laughed, "...and I am SO looking forward to seeing them. See you tomorrow @GMB."

"Beautiful," one fan gushed, "so looking forward to seeing you back...not the same without you."

Another branded Susanna "naturally gorgeous", while a third offered: "My goodness, you are pretty."

"Super super excited to have you back in the mornings!" wrote a fourth.

"OMG we've missed you!" another penned.

Monday marks the last day of Susanna and Piers' six-week summer break.

During their time away, they were replaced by a number of presenting duo combinations, which included the likes of Adil Ray, Ranvir Singh, Charlotte Hawkins and Kate Garraway.

While Susanna kept her summer hols on the down-low, Piers wasn't shy about showcasing his fabulous family getaway to St Tropez in the sun-drenched south of France.

He was joined there briefly by celeb pals like Amanda Holden, and even dined out in style with Dame Joan Collins.

Before they started their break back in July, Piers and Susanna's shows became renowned for his heated brand of arguments with government ministers.

Outspoken Piers has been especially critical of its response to the coronavirus crisis.

His now-notorious clashes with Health Secretary Matt Hancock and Care Minister Helen Whately even saw broadcast regulator Ofcom receive a number of complaints about his conduct.

But Ofcom cleared Piers, saying he was fulfilling his duty as a journalist during the brutal grillings.

This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield also took time off, and are set to make their return tomorrow.

They were replaced during their summer break by husband and wife presenting team Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

Holly wrote that she "can't wait" for her reunion with co-host and "silver fox" Phil - despite rumours that she was looking to leave the show.

Still, a TV insider told Mirror Online that Holly has no plans, and "loves" her work on This Morning.
