Good Morning Britain 's Ranvir Singh has announced she is replacing Lorraine Kelly next week on her weekday morning show.
Strictly Come Dancing star Ranvir, who was eliminated from the series last week, made the revelation on Thursday on Lorraine's show.
Lorraine gushed that she would be tuning in from home to watch Ranvir, who regularly hosts GMB, where she is the political editor.
She had been interviewing Ranvir about her Strictly stint, before excitedly saying: "And great news, next week we are going to be swapping chairs!

"You are going to be here, which is fabulous, thank you!"
"No, thank you!" replied Ranvir. "I am so excited."
Lorraine said: "It will be great, you'll be brilliant on the show it will be fantastic."

Ranvir confirmed: "Monday Tuesday Wednesday, next week."
"I shall be at home with a cup of tea, watching my Ranvir, you betcha," said Lorraine.
Ranvir joked: "Oh I better not mess it up then, the boss is watching!"

Speaking about her Strictly appearance with professional partner Giovanni Pernice, Ranvir said: "I think it’s because he had to find out a lot about me that went beyond just learning a routine and vice versa really.
"I found out a lot about him because there was a point where the way he wanted to teach me was making me feel sort of like, 'Gosh i don’t think I can do this!'

'And then he, bless his heart, softened his teaching methods for me, less stick more carrot, and then I was like, 'Okay, I can do this'.
"It was lovely and it was so kind of him to change his teaching methods in order to make me feel more comfortable.
"I have enormous respect for him."
* Lorraine airs weekdays on ITV at 9am
