Ranvir Singh was blanked by the Prime Minister live on air as she made attempts to get him on Good Morning Britain.
The presenter is currently reporting on the ITV news programme from the Conservative party conference in Manchester.
On Tuesday's show, as hosts Susanna Reid and Alastair Campbell crossed over live to speak to Ranvir, they wondered if she had yet been successful in tracking down Boris Johnson.
It comes as the PM hasn't appeared on the show for an interview for 1,563 days.

"You know he does a lot of running, don't you?" Ranvir began her response to the hosts back in the studio.
"I imagine he's preparing for running through the conference centre when he's trying to avoid cameras because he was doing an excellent speed walk. Sort of an Olympic-style speed walk."
They then showed a clip of Ranvir clapping eyes on Mr Johnson as he passed her.
"Prime Minister," Ranvir called out to which the PM then looked over and put his hand up.
"Good Morning Britain would like to have you on the show," she added as he turned around and carried on walking out.
"1,500 days it's been, Prime Minister, since you've been on the show," Ranvir continued to call out.
He then disappeared into another unit with Alastair quipping: "Black fridge!"

"That's not a fridge, that's a reception area," Ranvir responded. "Though, interestingly, I think he is going to do the Today programme and the Today programme is based right at the back of the building over here.
"So he's gone that way, possibly to go round the back and go in that way. We're not sure but it is a bit like a maze here.
"He did of course just do quite a long interview there on the opposing channel, but there you go."
Sge added: "Nothing for Good Morning Britain apart from a little wave this morning."
Alastair then launched into a rant about the PM, commenting: "You bet, you bet.

"1,563 days. I mean look, you're not allowed to use the c-word on this programme but the guy is a coward.
"And he is a charlatan."
Susanna appeared taken aback by his outburst and later said: "Well, it would be lovely to have him on the programme this morning. That's what I'll say.
"A warm invitation to you Prime Minister, I'm sure you're watching this morning. We'd very much like to talk to you."
