Good Morning Britain 's Piers Morgan divulged a lot of information on Tuesday's show when he told co host Susanna Reid about his sexual fantasies.
His wife, journalist Celia Walden, had written about their role play fantasies in her Telegraph column, where the couple would pretend to be strangers.
But Piers added that was where the fantasy ended - without any intimacy.
Piers and Celia have been married since 2010 and share nine-year-old daughter Elise, but Celia told Piers she'd "had her fill" of him.
Susanna began the discussion: "By the way, your lovely wife was talking about how you're trying to keep…"
Piers interjected: "Role play, yes."
Susanna added: "Can I just say, this isn't a private conversation - this is a national newspaper column in The Telegraph this morning!"
Piers explained: "You know when you're stuck inside… So, my wife out of nowhere decided to tell this story.
Piers explained that Celia had suggested they go to dinner and pretend to be strangers, even removing their wedding rings.
Reading from her column, he said: "There was an awkward pause when he tried to rearrange his features into a convincing display of enthusiasm before giving up."
"'No offence', Celia replied. 'But I’ve sort of had my fill of you', to which I agree and say, ‘Likewise.’"
Celia asked Piers what his fantasies were, and he replied: "I have one where we pretend we are complete strangers who have never met."
She asked: "Oh, and you pick me up in a bar?"
"No, just the first bit," replied Piers. "We stay strangers! There's a role play."
