GMB's Laura Tobin tells Ranvir Singh to 'pipe down' during weather forecast

Good Morning Britain weather forecaster Laura Tobin told presenter Ranvir Singh to "pipe down" today.

This week, Ranvir has been presenting the popular morning breakfast show alongside Kate Garraway, with the pair joking about talking over one another.

As Laura Tobin began to deliver today's weather forecast, Ranvir and Kate continued talking.

Laura chastised them for not listening and quipped: "Pipe down, Ranvir."

When Laura had finished, Kate and Ranvir said they'd had a "bit of a telling off" from the weather forecaster.

Laura said: "You still weren't listening were you?"

The presenters then cut to Andi Peters who was amused by the exchange. Directing his speech to someone off camera, he joked: "It's Laura, nobody listens... Ranvir and Kate won't even be listening."

Ranvir cut in and said: "Stop it, Andi."

Andi turned to the camera and said: "Morning. 'Pipe down, Ranvir!' Best quote ever, thanks for that. 'Pipe down Ranvir'."

Laura made a heart shape with her hands and said: "Love you really."

Viewers were similarly invested in what had happened and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
