Good Morning Britain's weather presenter Laura Tobin was left red-faced in the studio after she let rip shortly before coming on air.
Laura was branded "dirty" by Adil Ray, and Charlotte Hawkins said she was "staggered" as they shamed the TV favourite for her rude behaviour.
The 38-year-old was teased mercilessly by hosts Adil Ray and Charlotte Hawkins for letting out a huge burp that astonished her co workers.
As the show returned from an ad break, Adil remarked: "Shall we mention what just happened?"
"Absolutely staggered, did we get that on microphone?" added Charlotte.
"Did anyone with a mic catch that?"
Explaining what the cast do during ad breaks, Adil explained: "There might be a throat clear sometimes, people might have a glass of water, Charlotte adjusted her dress."
Laura stayed silent and bowed her head with shame as the hosts laughed.
Charlotte demanded to Laura: "Could you share with the room what you did?"
"Just weather things! Stop it!" she insisted.
"When I drink a lot of water, as I do in the morning, I have a whole jug and I eat a lot of sweets, sometimes I get a little... You know..." she added.
"A minor eructation!" chipped in Dr Hilary Jones.
"Oh here we go, the medic's in!" laughed Adil.
"I'm bailing you out here!" added Hilary.
"Ladies and gentleman, she did a big dirty burp before we came on!" exclaimed Adil, before doing an impression of it.
"Is that actually water in that jug or gin, because i have my suspicions?" Charlotte teased Laura.
"Well no more of that, that's it, go that way Laura," she added, flicking Laura off the screen.
The hosts also confirmed that Kate Garraway will be returning to the show on Wednesday after a two-day break.
