TikTok sensation Joel Mawhinney left GMB presenter Kate Garraway gobsmacked this morning with one of his magic tricks.
Joel, who boasts more than 15.5 million followers and one billion views, performed a card trick where a piece of ripped-up playing card Kate had chosen disappeared and then ended up in a book in front of her.
Joel, 24, from Belfast, asked Kate to open page 52 on a book placed on her desk.
Kate took the book and with a look of concentration said: "52... right... bare with me caller."
When she finds the small piece of ripped-up six of hearts playing card, Kate reacted: "Noooo!"
The host had a look of complete shock on her face as she was gobsmacked by the trick.
"That is the corner of the six of hearts, woahh, that is magic!" she continued: "That literally matches the tears, this is incredible, look!"
Although most viewers loved the segment and asked BMB if they could 'showcase' more magicians, some fans were sceptical and took to Twitter to say it was 'obvious'.
One viewer said: "I mean the corner that Kate pulls out is a different shape to the one the guy ripped from the card in his hand, but apart from that being obvious, it’s great!"
Another tweeted: "Kate never seen magic before ..the guys using 2 of the same cards and that's why the corner fits".
