Charlotte Hawkins certainly woke up in a great mood for the early shift this morning.
The Good Morning Britain star sent fans wild as she busted a few moves to the news programme's theme tune. As you do.
GMB host Piers Morgan then urged Charlotte to dance at "every break" - a challenge she was all too willing to take on.
He became the perfect cheerleader shouting: "Go on go full throttle now. Eyes and teeth."
And she really went for it live on air with a pre-watershed twerk.
A shocked Susanna chimed in: "And a twerk at the end."
Piers was still hyping up the mum-of-one, adding: "Work it baby work it."
He later added: "I think we should have Hawkins dancing at in and out of every break of this show, that'll liven things up.
"That has got everybody going."
Fans were loving it.
"Go Charlotte! Everything about you this morning is beautiful but your DANCING is just what the doctor ordered! Thank you," tweeted one.
Another said: "Charlotte’s Cheer Up Tuesday dance is brilliant! She’s got the moves! Damn those snake hips!"
