Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway left Adil Ray red faced after she called him out live on air for not getting her a birthday present.
Adil, who was hosting the ITV morning show with Susanna Reid, was in the midst of his presenting duties when Kate, who celebrated her 54th birthday this week spoke to Susanna about her big day.
Susanna told Kate: "I mean, obviously we've been in touch but it's lovely to see you.
Kate then informed viewers and Adil: "Actually, Susanna bought me something incredible - it's the most enormous furry throw.
"It's cream and a furry throw which Bill came upstairs..." before Susanna corrected: "A blanket!"
Kate replied :"A blanket - well, it's kind of a throw." as Susanna explained: "It's a Game of Thrones blanket."
Kate continued: "Exactly! Bill's been walking around with it like a Game of Thrones blanket. It's really snuggly. Thank you!"
She then said: "Adil?" as he sat up and asked: "Yes, what? What was that?!
After asking where her present from him was, muttered that it was "on its way" adding: "It's coming, it's coming!"
As he tried not to look embarrassed he thought on his feet and said: "Oh hang on, I have! I sent you an invite this week. That's your birthday present!"
Kate replied "That's true, we're going to the cricket aren't we?"
Adil had also asked Susanna to the match, who had apparently refused him.
