GMB fans blast presenters for 'trying to force' Curtis Pritchard to say he's bisexual on live TV

Good Morning Britain viewers were left "uncomfortable", as presenters pressed Love Island star Curtis Pritchard to define his sexuality.

Curtis recently revealed he would consider dating men in the future, amid his romance with co-star Maura Higgins.

On GMB today (August 8), presenters Kate Garraway and Adil Ray grilled Curtis on his sexuality, asking him about his confession.

It's then that fans were left feeling awkward, as they continued to ask him whether he was bisexual, and why he wouldn't admit to this, reports Mirror Online.

Curtis explained that he did not wish to "label" himself, but the hosts continue to push him to explain.

After repeating "I'm not going to label anything" for the fourth time, the presenters finally moved the conversation on.

Fans hit out at the interviewing, claiming they were "trying to force" the islander to admit he was bisexual.

One viewer said: "This is awful...what has his sexuality got to do with anyone else ??? Appalling interviewing."

Another said: "Getting really frustrated with @GMB trying to get @CurtisPritchard to label his sexuality.. why should he? Why does society have to label everything to enable them to understand?"

A third agreed: "Would you question a woman so much? He doesn't want to label it, give him a break."

This was echoed by another fan, who tweeted: "How dare you try and force that from someone?"

Since the programme aired, bosses at GMB posted a clip of Curtis saying: "Curtis Pritchard addresses rumours about his sexuality."

GMB have been contacted for comment.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
