Charlotte Hawkins threw her script at Piers Morgan this morning in anger as he goaded her.
The GMB newsreader was angry at Piers as he continued to jibe at her throughout the morning show.
Before they headed to the break Susanna Reid told the pair to "calm down" and asked them both what their problem was and it seemed if something was "bubbling up" between them.
They went to the break and when they returned Piers explained what had happened in the break.
Piers asked Charlotte "What did you do?" and Charlotte said: "I threw my script at you."
Footage of the incident was then played, with the script crashing to the floor, just missing Piers.
Charlotte said: "I actually needed those notes as well, so I had to go and pick them up and get them."
Charlotte said Piers had just frustrated her this morning and said: "You're on a mission to antagonise me at every moment, it's so frustrating."

Piers apologised to her and said: "It's because I didn't sleep enough last night, I had some Italian cheese and it kept me up and makes me cranky."
And Charlotte said: "Thank goodness for the two metre distance."
And their feud didn't go unnoticed by viewers watching at home as Amanda Hawkins said: "Charlotte and piers Morgan are like squabbling siblings."
