James Argent has been seen for the first time since Gemma Collins shared explosive details of their breakup.
The former TOWIE star, 32, was pictured looking glum as he drove his bright blue scooter around Essex on Wednesday afternoon.
It comes after The GC, 39, revealed that Arg had branded her a "hippo" and a "fat f**k" in an argument that lead to their split this week.
And his love life appeared to be weighing on his mind as he was pictured frowning during his outing earlier today.
The reality TV regular donned a matching blue helmet as he zoomed around Loughton on his bike.
He donned a bright blue jumper and matching shorts to co-ordinate with his bike.
Showing his attention to detail, he even managed to find matching plastic shoe covers which he was wearing for unknown reasons.
Arg's wheels still had a his learner driver L-plates on the front.
He reportedly dumped Gemma after she told him she doesn't want an open relationship.
It was claimed that he was inspired to start seeing other people after the news reports about Will Smith and his wife Jada's open marriage.
Gemma then shared a string of hateful messages Arg sent to her during a row.
He called her a "hippo" and a "fat f**k" and claimed she isn't supportive in his recovery from addiction.
The exchange appears to start by Gemma challenging James over paying for another woman.
"What man pays for another woman!!!" the first message read.
James then called her "Insensitive," before Gemma hit back: "And the woman that saved your life has to pay for herself!!!"
"You are supposed to be treating me you hippo," James responded.
In another screenshot, Gemma then revealed that Arg went on to furiously call her even more names.
"YOU FAT F**K. IVE JUST LOST ANOTHER 2000," James wrote in two messages. He also sent two emojis that depicted pigs.
Gemma has now apologised for leaking the texts.
In a screenshot obtained by MailOnline, Gemma writes: "I'm sorry I put the messages up I was just so hurt you suggested an open relationship it didn't look like a joke when you typed it I was so upset but I shouldn't have put the messages up that was anger on my part which was wrong I am sorry about that x."
