A man was charged with numerous firearms offenses after a Glock and two revolvers were recovered.
Merseyside Police carried out a warrant at an address in Abbeystead Avenue, Netherton, on Friday. During the search, police found three firearms, three small bullets, a quantity of cash and cannabis at the address.
Gordon Rhodes, 57, from Abbeystead Avenue, was later charged with three counts of possession of a firearm, three counts of possession of ammunition and cannabis possession.
He was remanded into custody to appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today (Sunday 26 February).
